Wonderful sunglasses. These are the darkest lenses I have ever encountered. I recently underwent cataract surgery and required a dark lens. These sunglasses are expertly constructed. dependable construction At least as excellent as the smaller and Chinese-made Raybans that are currently available. I have a large head and am 6'5" tall. When I wear Raybans, I appear to be using my grandson's spectacles. These J&S sunglasses are identical to the ones I wore when I first started flying as a new Naval Aviator, both in terms of style and size. Thanks.

The lowest $5 glasses you can find at a grocery store or a petrol station are comparable to or worse than this pair of sunglasses. The frame seems really flimsy (and is consequently very "lightweight"), to the point where I was afraid it would break when I put it on for the first and only time, even while holding it with both hands. Cheap, foggy, and with uncertain or no polarization quality, the plastic lens is also slightly cloudy. The only case that was of decent quality was the one that was included. Completely pointless.

May 23rd, 2022Drugstore glasses are never dark enough for me because I was reared in an area where the sky are frequently overcast. These are excellent. As a male of average size, the larger size is perfect for me. The lenses are nearly flawless rim to rim, and the construction feels as solid as other RayBans I've owned. Only the awkwardly huge case should be different, in my opinion. It is sufficiently robust to safeguard the glasses in a toolbox, glove compartment, or anywhere else, but it is far too thick to fit in a pocket. For that reason, I do not devalue these fantastic glasses at a great price.

Nov 23rd, 2021I frequently purchased 62mm Ray-Bans. I made the decision to purchase something slightly less expensive to wear when I might accidentally damage my sunglasses. Over time, these replaced my go to pair of Ray Bans. I find their fit to be much wider and more comfortable. Even though these are significantly more expensive than Ray Bans, you can tell that the construction quality is higher. After some use, my first pair lost a retaining screw. I will be installing the screw with loctite after I get another pair.

Nov 5th, 2021Excellent UV defense and clarity for everything from daily driving to discovering desert wildflower blooms. when you would otherwise be forced to squint, it creates an HD reality. have demonstrated durability and are packaged nicely. I'm confident I'll make another buy. Finding glasses that fit my broad and wide face is difficult, but these lay easily on my high cheekbones, don't press against my temples, and don't overwhelm my face like silly "fashion" XL aviators. This is the pair of real sunglasses to get if you want something sturdy.

Sep 20th, 2021Since I drive for a living and have light-sensitive eyes, I bought these to replace my Piranhas night driving glasses. Although they are a little too dark for my taste, they are currently functional. Other than Pirahnas so far, this one is well-built and fits my enormous dome best. I'll get the greys to test them out.

Jun 14th, 2022They appear nice. Considering the case and cloth they come with, they seem decent for the price. I put them on and tested them out for a while outside. When I went back inside to decide whether or not to retain them, I placed them on the table and the lens immediately dropped out. It didn't seem safe in the frame after being inserted again. I've previously purchased cheap sunglasses, but I've never had a lens come out when I laid them down on a table. Maybe mine was faulty.

Mar 14th, 2022I really searched up broad glasses for my big dome and believed I had discovered a terrific pair for at least sixteen dollars; but, if they had been wider, they would have appeared to be the same old standard size.
