  My favorite shampoo

  This shampoo is great. Last year, I suffered from terrible hair loss, especially at the back of my head. I tried numerous products from Sally's and Amazon, and while they temporarily stopped the hair loss, it always returned. The hair loss is still present but considerably less severe thanks to this shampoo. I wholeheartedly endorse it.

  I've tried some of the other things in the many other colored bottles they come in, but this one is my favorite. At the store, it's always difficult to find. I'm happy I can access this.

  The fragrance is distinctive. It wasn't something I liked at first, but it improved. I would repurchase this.

  I enjoy the scent and the product, however the packaging was poor and only about a quarter of the product was inside the packaging bag it came in.

  Unfortunately, I find it to be far too dry. It does work great with stronger hair, but I do have to follow up with a hydrating conditioner.

  Both products damaged

  Both items were spilt within the carton and arrived broken. These needed to be better taped and wrapped. One was not wrapped in anything, while the other was in a loose bag. My hair feels amazing after using these items before, however the way this box was handled wasn't proper.

  The conditioner is really awful, but the shampoo smells wonderful! The scent bothers me, and it tangled my hair. Just to remove the knots in my hair, I had to use additional leave-in detangler. I really would not advise it for long, thick hair!

  Leaking upon arrival

  I have not yet utilized the product, but I will soon. I simply wanted to let the seller know that the product was delivered with a leak through the packaging. I lost 1-2 oz of the product. A good conditioner. Although I won't bother to reply, if this happens once more I will unsubscribe.
