  I used it for two hours, and wow, it really does work well! Just a suggestion: don't expose it to the sun! Leave it inside, wrapped in a towel or something, as it will become mushy and nasty.

  I've been using this for years, and it's getting increasingly difficult to locate SPF 8 products. I'm happy that I found this one on Amazon for a fantastic price. I solely use and rely on Hawaiian Tropic Sheer Touch Lotion Sunscreen, SPF 8 oz. to get a fantastic tan under the Caribbean sun. The secret to long-lasting sunscreen is to apply it and let it dry before going to the beach. Apply beforehand and give it time to dry!

  What I really like about this is that I was able to tan without first burning. There was no thick or streaky lotion. Most other lotions feel greasy/grimy, especially after being in the sun, and it just feels like dust/dirt is just hanging to you, so I was glad that it absorbed quickly. Additionally, I loved that my skin still felt hydrated after a brief dip in the pool and subsequent drying off because I had given it time to absorb.

  I adore this stuff so much! My skin feels incredibly soft, it smells amazing, and it helps to keep me from burning! The after-sun lotion with this aroma from Hawaiian Tropic would be fantastic, especially on those chilly winter days.

  I really bought this item after hearing that it may be used to ward off biting flies in the Outer Banks. They may be a problem depending on the wind direction, but this product worked fantastically! Additionally, I did have spf protection at the same time (not as high I I usually would use). I'll absolutely repurchase this item!

  I really enjoy this thing! While you sunbathe, it hydrates your skin and has a wonderful scent. It helps to help you tan, but the only drawback is that it has a very low SPF, so you should absolutely wear sunscreen as well. highly suggest!

  This difficult-to-find broad spectrum SPF8 appears to be real. It feels and smells like previous batches that I've used. The expected information is displayed on the bottle.

  Amazing tanning oil, this. When I'm sunbathing outside, I reapply it every hour or so, and I don't burn at all. Even after using it for only three days, I already have a really deep tan.

  I did not burn with this, but I also did not get very tan either. I had spent at least three hours in the sun, so I anticipated some color. I only slightly tanned. But using it gave my partner a tiny burn and more color. I suppose it differs according to the user. However, I'm glad I didn't burn. I've used a comparable product from an other well-known brand, which gave me a deeper tan. However, I would still suggest this because I can't seem to find the other one.
