  Even though it is just a month old, it is well-built, and assembly was simple. It lived up to our expectations and made the terrace a wonderful place to spend the day.

  Great shade

  It's fairly simple to put together for one person, but I'm a big guy. For two people, everything seemed pretty simple. Used for about 6 months, and I'm really happy with the product's quality, durability, usability, and shade coverage. Everyone we know compliments it on how well it shadows our patio table. Although I haven't left it out in strong gusts, I don't believe it would topple over if the base were filled with water. If the crank mechanisms hold up, I'd strongly advise buying this item with the base.

  Shade where you need it.

  The umbrella is well-made. I decided to use an inground base. Although it is not intrusive, it cannot naturally be moved. I enjoy the features that allow for 360-degree rotation and tilting. The provided collapsible rod also makes it simple to install and remove the cover. I put the foundation in concrete as another reviewer advised, although I'm not sure it was required.

  BEAUTIFUL!! So far, it seems reasonable for the money, but I'm incredibly bummed that it came with a beige cover rather than the blue one that would have matched the umbrella. That is strange...

  After some confusion and correspondence, leaf completely swapped out my umbrella. This stuff is incredibly wonderful and meets my expectations.

  The umbrella was a June 2017 purchase that I adored. With a 6.9 mph breeze today, I had the umbrella open. The umbrella was lifted up by a blast of wind and thrown over my brick wall, breaking one of the poles in half and causing three 5 inch rents in the fabric. I'm incredibly disappointed.

  Needs heavier optional base

  Ordered two squares, but got two octagons. missing screws is one. Combined with a trip to the hardware store for screws, I can make it work for me and won't go back. When deployed in weak wind gusts, although being heavy and well-built, it will not stand upright. a sizable top vent I'm glad I bought the expensive bases, but I'll also add some canvas sandbags.

  Great frame fragile fabric

  After assembly, the cloth has a small slit that will undoubtedly grow into a major rip when used for the first time. For the money spent, this is rather underwhelming.

  Missing Items

  The umbrella was missing a number of parts, including the screws and bolts needed to secure the umbrella base to the real umbrella, the crank on the handle, the crank on the pool, and instructions. I can't use the umbrella, and it's incredibly pricey, which is very aggravating. I neglected to mention that there is no phone number and that the only way to get in touch with anyone is by email, to which nobody has replied.
