  For our community pool, I bought two of the ten foot tilt umbrellas. The quality of the umbrellas is extremely excellent! The tables didn't even need to be tilted because of the ten foot canopy above them. Lots of positive feedback from everyone who has started using the pool this year. I would definitely purchase these umbrellas again!

  They took my internet order for an umbrella, but the tracking wasn't functional for nearly a week. Every time I emailed them, they answered, even making the promise to replace it if it did not arrive. Finally, it arrived, and we are delighted with it.

  The awning is doing a fantastic job. simple to set up The pole is heavy plastic rather than aluminum or another metal, which is the one thing we were unaware of. How well it endures over time will be determined by time.

  It has a lovely, somewhat Asian appearance that goes well with my yard. On the first day, it was left open during a thunderstorm, but the three levels of the structure protected it from the wind.

  After throwing away a damaged umbrella, we purchased this one. We won't be able to use this till next spring because it is fall in the northeast. I like the extra vent because our deck is frequently pretty windy, and it does feel strong. It seems reliable and ought to serve our needs.

  The structure's design is excellent for allowing wind to pass through without being blown around or harmed. In terms of materials, it appears less robust than I anticipated. We must wait and see how it performs throughout the season and beyond.

  The first one I received broke right away, so I'm pleased the customer support is excellent for this. I'm glad because they provided me a new one for free, but heed my warning.

  bought a year ago, functioned perfectly over the summer. Put it out this spring, and every time you close and reopen it, the fabric "spokes" come loose. Very irritating! Do you think the elastic loops have gotten longer?

  I can't believe the umbrella's spoke just snapped! I've purchased umbrellas for a lot less money that have lasted longer.

  Broke after a month of use

  So upset, we have been using this umbrella for about a month and the mechanism just snapped so the umbrella won’t open rendering it completely useless. My partner unsuccessfully attempted to fix it. This is absurd at $100 +.
