  This tent could be set up by 2 people in under 15 minutes the first time. The tent holds up well in strong winds.

  Love the screen house and it's so simple to set up, but I didn't realize the tent's back window wasn't covered, so privacy was only possible with the rain canopy up.

  requires two people to set up, and the initial puzzle can be quite challenging. Will be big enough for my wife and I to fit a queen mattress and have room for our dogs, but six people would be pushing it.

  The tent looks quite nice. No rain when I used it on a three-day camping trip. The back loop came loose while the stakes were being driven in during setup. Frustrating. I haven't tried to return or exchange anything yet, so I can't comment on the quality of the customer service. Such a hassle to deal with issues like that after taking the time to carefully choose this item in the first place.

  I don't know how water resistant it is because I always spray all of my tents with repellent. This tent, however, is not well made. There are no windows with the canopy on, so there is very little ventilation other than what blows through the mesh windows and canopy. I picked this particular model because of the screened-in porch. Although only the top is covered, rain pours in from the sides, contrary to my expectations.

  Definitely has a strong draft when set up! It's more difficult to set up than other tents and you need to put a tarp or something underneath because of the moisture, but it's still a nice tent. I was hoping there wouldn't be a draft in it.

  Tent stake rings ripped off after 3 uses

  After three camping trips, a wind gust caused the tent stake rings to rip out. This tent is a good size and quality, despite being a little on the cold side due to the mesh back, aside from the quality of the tent stake ring attachments. Total bummer, and it's also the start of camping season.

  Tent had a defect / open seam.

  This tent is amazing. My first had to be retired, so I recently purchased a second one. Unfortunately, I found an open seam on my first trip. Although not torn, the stitching is absent. I'm dissatisfied. I'll have to give it back.
