  I love this item and I have believed Neutrogena items each time I've generally disapproved of my skin! This has helped clear up a few dry patches all over in three days. Who could want more? The main issue I had was the dropper/distributor. It's an eye dropper and this item has the consistency of water. It makes it a test to apply enough to utilize, however not dribble off my fingers.
